Ayla & Tyler

"Ashley was an amazing coordinator from start to finish. We had 2 meetings with her and both meetings went smoothly. I was able to send messages whenever we needed and she was quick to respond! I would often get messages for little details that I know I would have forgotten otherwise and she made sure we stayed on track! If you are hesitant, please don’t second guess!! The morning-of, me and my girls were getting ready and she offered to bring everyone food which wasn’t expected (we had to pay for the food but otherwise we wouldn’t have had time to get the food our selves so it was a nice little bonus and time saver!!). I know it helped make the day all the better.

One of the flower girls had to pee right before going down the aisle and Ashley literally made a mad dash with her to the bathroom and made it back in time for her cue to go in line! I can go on all day with all the ways Ashley helped the wedding run on time and perfectly but probably the best save started the night before when the DJ called to confirm for the next day. He said he wouldn’t be coming until 6 when doors opened at 3 so she helped figure out a game plan and played music by using a phone and the hall speaker system!" - Ayla & Tyler

I'll admit, it is rare to hire an external wedding coordinator when you have your wedding at the Transcona Country Club as their all-inclusive venue already includes a day-of coordinator. However, with over 200 guests, Ayla and Tyler decided that it was best to have an extra hand to help and it really worked out well. There were a few bumps that day and the other coordinator and I worked well as a team to smooth them over as quickly as possible. It was fun helping them put their vintage/traditional theme together.
