The day before and after she assumed the role of being 'bossy' so I didn't have to, made sure the reception area looked beautiful, and that we stayed on schedule. I remember driving home after my first meeting with Delaney and Stephen with the biggest smile on my face and high hopes that they would decide to hire my services. Not only are they one of the cutest couples I have ever met but their rustic / campfire / made in MB / eco-friendly theme had me over the moon excited! Their theme was executed perfectly with reusable wooden cutlery, kraft paper tablecloths, local beer growlers and paddles as their guestbook, just to name a few things. They wanted their guests to be comfortable, relaxed and to have fun and I think it's safe to say that their dreams came true. Oh and did I mention that their cheesecake was actually a CAKE MADE OUT OF CHEESE?!?
