"Before Ashley even had a chance to leave the Tim Hortons we met at for the first time, we decided she was going to be our Day of Wedding Coordinator. She is detail-oriented, organized, experienced, and truly wants your wedding to be perfect. During the planning phase, Ashley was quick to answer questions, offer suggestions, and keep us on track for reaching important planning milestones. We had a brunch wedding and a 'first look' which required a very early start. Ashley was up coordinating the glam squad and our photographer, then her and Amber were on-site bright and early to make sure the last of the decor was set up, our doughnut guest favours were plated, our backdrop wall was fixed, our ceremony music was queued up, our guests knew where to go as they arrived, the list goes on. Did I mention she did all this while pregnant? This woman is amazing and had my wholehearted trust. Thank you for helping our wedding be all sorts of magical!" - Sarah & Sean 

The pressure was on for this wedding since Sarah has experience with event planning. She is very detail-oriented and given that, you would probably expect an over-the-top show. Instead, Sarah & Sean decided on a simple and intimate brunch wedding. One of my favourite parts was the fact that most of their decor came from their home! It was very clear to me from the beginning that their guest's overall experience was their top priority. They didn't want to eat first, they didn't want a grand entrance song, they didn't want a long ceremony and they even considered table spacing so that their guests wouldn't be squished. On a day that was supposed to be all about them, they still thought so much of others and tried to be as accomodating as possible. They are hands down, two of the most generous, thoughtful and kind people I have ever met. We need more of them in the world.
